Overview
Wio Supply Chain Financing is a smart cash flow solution that bridges the gap between buyers and suppliers. Through this buyer-led program, suppliers can receive early payments on their approved invoices directly from Wio Bank, while corporate buyers enjoy flexible payment terms to optimize working capital.
How It Works
Supply chain financing involves three parties working together:
The Corporate Buyer: Purchases goods or services, verifies and approves supplier invoices, and uploads them to the Wio platform. The buyer pays Wio Bank when the invoice reaches its standard due date.
The Supplier: Delivers goods or services to the buyer. Instead of waiting 30, 60, or 90 days for payment, the supplier can choose to receive immediate payment from Wio Bank at a competitive discount rate.
Wio Bank: Finances the early payment to the supplier upon invoice approval and collects the full invoice amount from the buyer on the agreed due date.
How the Financing Cycle Works
Step | From ➔ To | Action | Description |
1 | Supplier ➔ Buyer | Deliver & Invoice | Supplier delivers goods or services and submits the invoice to the buyer. |
2 | Buyer ➔ Wio | Approve Invoice | Buyer verifies and uploads the approved invoice to the Wio platform. |
3 | Supplier ➔ Wio | Request Early Pay | Supplier accepts the early payment offer in the portal. |
4 | Wio ➔ Supplier | Disburse Funds | Wio deposits the discounted early payment directly to the supplier. |
5 | Buyer ➔ Wio | Settle on Due Date | Buyer pays the full invoice amount to Wio on the original due date. |

Are international companies supported?
Currently, Wio Supply Chain Financing supports companies and suppliers incorporated and operating within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
How does early payment affect supplier credit lines?
Early payment through this program does not count as a loan against the supplier. The financing facility is established on the credit standing of the corporate buyer.
